I believe writers are like anthropologists: they are interested in the exploration of various aspects of humanity of past and present societies, real or imaginary, and with enough curiosity to create 'what if' future societies. I'm in this last realm, of speculative science fiction.
My particular interest is reflected in the exploration of 'continuity', the fact that no matter how insignificant, every action will have repercussions for the millennia to come. I love that we are all linked in this gorgeous, scary chain we call human civilisation, and if we are savvy enough to remember our humanity, we may still have a chance at sticking around for aeons to come.
Alas, our individual lives are too short to appreciate the sheer scale of a civilisation. So I needed a master scribe, a being that went beyond time, and who could record, and sometimes interfere with, our efforts of survival. Its name is Eronan, and it is not completely devoid of empathy.
Some of the stories are for young adults, others for a general audience; some stories will feature recurring characters or families, like the Tijara family. You can jump in at any point, as each series is stand alone, yet linked, as our lives are.
I hope you enjoy them all.
